Very efficient and amicable communication.
I have some initial problems with the first battery I had, but I have been very impressed with this company who contacted me and offered me a solution. I found the company to be very contactable and efficient and all issues I had have been resolved. If anything I had more difficulty in dealing direct with Amazon. I found it difficult communicating with their customer service team and being passed from associate to associate. All my issues have been resolved by dealing direct with this Wheelchair company and I highly recommend them.

Not recommended for use outdoors.
Does not work well off road. Awkward to turn. Short battery life. Does not cope well on hills. Is unstable going down sharp hills. Light weight but awkward to lift when folded as it does not clip together. Not brilliant value for money.

Really impressed with this wheelchair excellent value for money only gutted since buying last month it's now gone down by £30 It's comfortable and easy to use. The after care is amazing I have contacted them on a few occasions and had prompt efficient responses each time. I'd say the only problem I found is it came with no instructions, once I contacted the company they immediately sent them by email and couldn't be more accommodating. Highly recommend

Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised that the vehicle is constructed quite stably.After checking all connections and screws, I could "feel reassured and gained a certain trust in the vehicle."I am positively impressed with the folding mechanism of the armrests, especially due to their ease of use and robustness.The biggest advantage for her is that the wheelchair has such compact dimensions and is relatively lightweight, making it easy to lift and quickly shift when necessary.In tight spaces, these aspects are very helpful, making maneuvering easier and reducing the risk of both injuries and damage to furniture.We have experience with a total of 7 electric wheelchairs. This one is by far the most suitable.In conclusion, we are quite happy!
