Pulaski Ashewick Swivel Glider Recliner, Doodles Ash

The box was obliterated when it arrived-which made me super nervous. But it was in perfect condition when I pulled it out of the box. Instructions were ripped and half missing, but the assembly was pretty straight forward for this girl. It took me about 5 min to put together and it's REALLY comfortable!!! It looks so lovely in my front room and it's nicely made. It's a nice shade of gray, and the pattern is even nicer in person than in the photos.I don't find it extremely difficult to put the foot rest down like some of the other reviews said. This is just a really nice, lovely little glider. You won't be disappointed!

I was looking for a chair to match my nursery theme as we went with gray furniture and didn't want a typical wooden rocking chair. I found this same chair on other sites for over 100$ more than on Amazon. I was so excited I found it that I ordered it right away. It came rather quickly with Prime shipping - less than a week. When the chair arrived I was displeased with the packaging as it was severely damaged. I was very thankful and surprised that the chair was not damaged due to packaging but it was perfect! this chair is gorgeous! Its big, comfy and elegant. I cant wait for my little one to come to get some use out of it! The fabric is gorgeous and I think it is going to hold up for years to come!

Great chair for the price. Firm support but comfortable. As many others have mentioned closing the leg rest is not for the weak.I’m 5’2 and my feet do not touch the floor when sitting back on the chair which is quite roomy for me. I can sit cross legged easily or curl up to read. In our house the chair reads light olive or sage green which is the color of the blanket. And an additional heads up, I got the tall back for head support but it does rather fatigue my neck so I’ve rolled the blanket under for support. Not a problem with the chair more a personal issue I’m sure. As for sturdy it seems really well made with one bit of a wobble. When the leg rest is up the chair wobbles just a little I suspect this has something to do with the rocker swivel mechanism which otherwise is great. We have the blue chairs in our living room and really like them to. They are less stiff and more cushy. Very happy overall.

We bought this chair after bringing home our twins from the hospital three months ago. I did a lot of research and shopping for a good glider, comfortable enough for late night feedings and rocking.When this chair arrived we thought we had made a great purchase. It was attractive and comfortable, easy to put together, and had a smooth glide. However about two and a half months in, it started to creak badly. It had also started to feel unstable. After a week of this, I finally had time to turn the chair over to check it out. A major support bar on the base had cracked in two places, bending and loudly creaking with each movement.We have not been hard on this chair at all, and have only had it three months, so this is disappointing.Now we are out $400 and must find time to shop for a new chair, must spend more on a new chair, and wait for it to arrive.I wouldn't advise anyone to take a chance on this product.Update: Amazon's customer service was great about this issue. They sent another chair, when the manufacturer responded with nothing. However, the second chair broke quickly as well. Amazon offered to replace this one as well since we have pictures and sent the original one back. However, we do not want another useless chair. We're actually worse off than we started because this thing damaged our wood floors when the broken support beam kept pushing into it. I'd recommend Amazon any day but do not take a chance on this chair. The product is worthless and the seller's service is non-existent.

I was looking for a good quality nursing chair that would also be pretty, durable, and have a tall back to rest my head on (I'm almost 6ft)It's very comfortable and glides like butter. I would highly recommend itHOWEVER I give the shipping ZERO stars, it came in a large box that was halfway open, the seams were sealed with ONE layer of tape, there was NO bubble wrap around the chair and or cushioning. There was NO inside extra box either. It's a MIRACLE the chair survived without a mark... I've attached a photo of how it arrived.The chair is great, the shipping is the worst I've ever seen.

Received and returned twice due to poor shipping. The first came with a stab in the from all the way to the frame and the second came all dirty in the front with a stain. The chair is great looking and comfortable, but the recliner is really hard to push back in without holding a baby let along while holding a baby.

Comfy, sturdy, attractive, well made, smooth motion. LOVE this chair. Purchased a pair - one had flaw in upholstery on one arm. Amazon replaced immediately! Received initial order in 3 days, replacement in 2! Amazon price FAR less than other sites! We've had these chairs now for nearly ten years - they've held up great!

We were worried about ordering furniture online, especially because you don't get to sit in it in advance. We could not be happier, however, with this chair. It came in a timely fashion, and even though the box was a bit beat up during transport, the packaging is great so the chair was in perfect condition, protected in the packaging. It's also very comfortable! Two small caveats: 1. the fact that the internal spring that controls the reclining is rather strong, so if you weigh less than maybe 190-200 lbs you may find it pushing back a bit too strong, trying to force you to sit back up when reclining, and 2. it takes a bit of a solid movement to kick the footrest back in and get it to stay. We were able to get used to these two caveats, but if you are a lighter person and intend to do a lot of reclining you may be disappointed.

Excellent quality. Easy set up. Worth the price. One small flaw is when you put down the recliner part it is Loud- so just be careful if baby is sleeping. Not a deal breaker though. This is my new favorite chair!

Bonjour ce fauteuil est vraiment beau mais après 3 ans (janvier 2019) le fessier et le dossier sont écrasés et renfoncés ...pourtant nous sommes des gens de poids très normal et nous travaillons dans le jour ...donc utilisation seulement le soir , je suis très déçue
