SIMPLE to Use! And Effective Too.
I almost didn't order this, because I wasn't sure how well the door anchor would work, or how easy it would be to use. I've ordered a few exercise tools lately that have disappointed me.This is not one of those! It's extremely simple to use. You can put it in place and take it down in seconds. AND it is secure and reliable. It won't suddenly pop loose while you're using it.The stretching poses are a little difficult for me still, but that's why I wanted this thing. I was never ultra flexible even in my youth and as I get older, I just don't want to turn into one of those old ladies who can hardly move due to inactivity. So with that said, I will be cautious as I use this thing, and make sure I have something to brace with so that I don't injure myself (which would be easy to do if you over stretch before you're ready!) I'm very excited about it though, and pleased at the ease of set-up and use, and the fact that it takes up very little space when not in use. I recommend it!*Disclaimer: This review is part of Amazon's Vine Program which provides products at no upfront cost in exchange for honest and unbiased reviews. Not Easy To Use
I was excited to get this as I have to work on my flexibility. I have very tight hips and hamstrings, but the instructions on how to set this up are not clear. I threw the top knot over the top of a door, closed the door and this is a little bit hard to explain, but it was very hard to get the long part of the strap through the hole it's supposed to go through because of the metal ring that's on either end. I was finally able to force it through and I realized you need to have a lot of room on either side of the door to give you room to stretch your legs. When I finally got it set up I realized how stiff I actually was. I could hardly lift my leg above my waist. I need to do this very gradually and carefully because it's easy to pull yourself off balance.

Super easy and effective
This strap has been such a great addition to my fitness routine! It’s incredibly easy to set up—just a matter of seconds to throw it over a door, and you’re ready to start using it. I’ve been using it consistently for about four days now, and I’m already noticing some improvements in my flexibility and range of motion. As someone who’s new to Pilates, I was looking for something that could help me ease into the movements and improve my mobility, and this strap is perfect for that. It feels sturdy and well-made, which gives me confidence as I try out new stretches and exercises.I’m really excited to keep using this as I progress in my practice. If you’re looking for a simple yet effective tool to support your fitness goals, I highly recommend giving this a try!

Works Well and Works Immediately
This stretching apparatus does exactly what it's designed to do with little set up and take down. It's exceptional for stretching the lower limbs and backside without much effort. and takes up little space. The door anchor holds the straps securely in place, allowing for flexible poses in the proper positions. The straps are incredibly durable with heavy duty fabrics and reinforced stitching, ensuring a stronghold during pulling or holding poses. There is a manual included with instructions for various poses. I'd recommend following the manual for beginners for proper alignment, safety purposes and avoidance of unnecessary muscle strain or muscle damage. It's a great contraption for stretching practices, it's small enough to store, transport and set-up with no hassle. Highly Recommend.

Single End Loop Limits Usage But Very Well Made
As part of my physical therapy sessions, we’ve been incorporating stretching exercises that utilize straps. At the suggestion of the Physical Therapist, I decided to get my own band for at-home use and chose the ZENMARKT Pilates Stretch Strap. The quality of this strap is excellent—it’s durable and well-made. I also appreciate the inclusion of a foam cylinder designed to anchor the strap on the other side of a door, which is very useful for stretching. However, one feature I found lacking is the absence of loop holes along the length of the strap. This strap has a single loop at the end, which truly limits usage. I’m accustomed to using straps with multiple loops that make it easier to grip and adjust during stretching. While this is a high-quality product, I have already changed to a Yoga strap that has additional loops along the length.I would definitely recommend this for someone with a single loop usage, as it's very well made. The anchor is handy for travel and gym use.

Great way to get a good stretch
I love yoga straps and streching straps to increase any stretch I am doing. This is unique, standing option that allows you to deepen the stretch! Easy to use on any door. Feels great.

Great for PT exercises
I got this on the recommendation of my pelvic PT. I use it daily, and it is excellent. It is sturdy, well made, and is exactly like the one I use in my PT appointments. If you are looking for ways to stretch your pelvic floor, there are lot of different videos out there that can show you exercises on how to use a band like this.
