I was shocked to receive a damaged and clearly used ice cream box. It looked like someone had already eaten half of it before it even reached me. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a food product. Amazon seriously needs to tighten quality checks and take strict action against such incidents. It’s not just disappointing—it’s unhygienic and dangerous. I hope Amazon investigates and ensures this doesn’t happen to others.
