This has made keeping our cats fed simple and easy. No more scooping out of the bag multiple times a day to make sure that they get correct portions. I love that this has portion control—one of ours is pleasantly plump and needs to slow his food intake. I will admit that setup was a bit difficult to understand at first but once you figure out one setting, the rest is seamless. It’s also a good idea to do test runs with different portions to ensure that your pets are getting adequate amounts. Great quality, functionality, and sleek design!

This machine is a game changer for me. I don’t worry about being out of the house anymore. The app integration is so amazing and user friendly. I can see that my kittens are eating which is nice to know which cat has been eating and maybe which isn’t. It even warns me when there’s been food detected at the opening, if the food is low, and when my kitten are approaching to eat. It’s also sturdy and my kittens haven’t been able to get into it. Highly recommend.

This dual feeder worked great for weekends when we travel and is fairly easy to program. After about a year of use, it started getting jammed up and wouldn’t dispense food. I cleaned it and reset it and it would work again for a while, then jam up again until it finally just wouldn’t dispense. I reached out to customer service and they b/c it was within the 2 year warranty window, they offered to replace it quickly. I appreciate that level of customer service and standing behind a product and would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this automatic feeder for my two cats for when I go away for a day. It is perfect for them. They hear the food drop into the bowls and they come running. There is a camera that I can control the angle and bowls that come with this machine.I had a little trouble connecting to WIFI in the beginning of setting this up but once it connected it's super easy to use. Camera is great and fun to watch my cats eating. I don't usually feed them hard food only wet food but this does the job if I need to be away from home. So far so good, had it for over a week now.

have had this pet feeder since November (over 3 months) and it's been great. had a different 2-cat feeder that broke which had a worse design - this one has a better tank for food and a better designed area for bowls. the buttons can be a little confusing but I am able to reprogram it easily enough without pulling out the manual or anything. wish it was easier to see when it's empty though - often the little window looks empty but it's actually half full, so then I won't realize when it's actually empty

It worked great at first. It has stopped working for no reason. It seems like the battery area is ineffective as it continuously turns on and off for seemingly no reason. If I move it, it will sometimes turn on for a bit, but will randomly have the screen shut off the next time I look at it. I have no idea if it is even feeding my cats correctly while I am at work and it has failed to feed them multiple times while I was watching. It started right after my return window ended which seems very convenient. I purchased because of the price and the good reviews however I should’ve just bought a more expensive one that would’ve lasted at least 2 months.

The batteries do not last very long but this cat feeder works very well!
