The media could not be loaded. “Quiet” and it’s THIS loud in the video. It doesn’t warm up, it’s cracked, scratched and broken. Take your $170 and buy it elsewhere in so disappointed in this really. It sounds like a chainsaw in your house. DO NOT BUY I PROMISE. I can’t believe they fabricated things about it to get you to buy it!! I thought “oh there no reviews oh well it can’t be that bad” AND IT IS. 0/10

I am so happy with it. I'm actually shocked at how nice my clothes come out. My only complaint is that it does take awhile to dry things, depending on the fabric. For instance, I wouldn't use this for towels or denim, etc. Easy to use. I wish there was a compact washer that matched it, that'd be so cute.

We bought this dryer and first 2 days it work good drying a couple of towels and shirts. After that, it started making a loud unbearable noise. We returned it and got another figuring it was just a defaulted device. NOPE! The 2nd one that was sent made the same unbearable noise after a couple of days. So I highly recommend not buying this item. Plus side is return for both was pretty simple except for the fact that I had to take the dryer to a drop off location rather than someone coming to pick it up and having to find and buy box big enough to fit the dryer in.

I live in a place that has a vent for the filter to blow outside. The hose didn't fit vent. So I took a tube sock and cut it. That way there's air circulation. I didn't buy a exhaust. Because I was worried about circulation of the heat. My cottage hookup is in the dining room. So this was the best I can do.

I really wanted to love this dryer, and I did… for a few cycles. I had two issues that made me return it. It was extremely hard to get the filter off of the back of the dryer. If that was the only issue, I would’ve kept the dryer, though. What caused me to return it was that after a few uses, the dryer went from quiet to “plane taking off” loud. Rather than try to do an exchange, at that point, I returned the dryer.

I really liked this unit. I wanted to fix it and had arranged for a replacement wheel from the mfg but decided to return the unit as the replacement would be plastic also. After less than 20 dry cycles the thin plastic tension wheel basically started disintegrating causing a loud bang as it rotated broken. This part should br made of metal so it can handle the tension required to turn the drum containing wet clothes. A design problem that’s easily corrected by the manufacturer.

I ordered this item with no visible reviews. Taking a chance on it and I will never do that again. This dryer is not good and is extremely extremely extremely loud!
