I found the product easy to use. I can quickly put the carrier around my hip and adjust. The convenience of turning the child front to back is a help. It definitely takes pressure off your back and was not in the way while I shop or walk. Love the fact I can also store items in the carrier. Definitely would refer to others.

The material looks great, sturdy but where baby sits is cushioned. The belt is width enough and gives great support, plus it can be adjusted. Great to keep or to buy it for a friend
