I recently purchased the Wireless Headset with Mic for my remote work setup, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the sleek design and the quality of the materials used.The setup was a breeze – I simply plugged in the USB dongle, and within seconds, I was connected to my PC. The Bluetooth pairing was seamless with my phone as well. The convenience of having both options is fantastic!The sound quality is outstanding. The audio is crystal clear, which makes virtual meetings on Teams and Zoom a pleasure. The Environmental Noise Cancellation feature is a game changer! My coworkers have noticed a significant reduction in background noise during our calls, enabling more focused conversations.Another highlight is the comfort level. I’ve worn this headset for hours during long calls, and it never feels heavy or uncomfortable. The adjustable ear cups are a fantastic addition, making it easy to find the perfect fit.The charging dock is also a wonderful feature – I love being able to place the headset down to charge without fumbling with cables. Battery life is impressive as well; I can use it all day without worrying about running out of charge.

The microphone only rotates one direction, so it has to be worn with the mic on your left side. My personal preference would be to wear it on the right. That doesn't impede functionality, but it is a little annoying. It also needs to be re-paired with its USB dongle every time the computer has been shut down, which is also a little annoying. Its controls, like the mute button, are also not recognized by Microsoft Teams-- meaning, the mic is muted, but Teams just doesn't reflect the mute status.The build quality is solid enough, though, and the sound quality is pretty clear. The charging base has a nice weight to it, charges the headset quickly, and the headset's battery life is good.

This headphone is awesome because it actually has a docking station which really helps when you need to put the headphones down. I like how they fit perfectly in the station and that helps charge them of course! And you’ll always know where they are! They are wireless and work all around the room where I call my office. They cover your entire ear so the sound quality is very encompassing. They are pretty lightweight, these are like your standard Amazon items made in China, so they aren’t going to be overly bulky.

Pleseantly surprised with my purchase. I purchased this headset a few weeks back and have been using it for various task including, music and phone calls. Fits great, is comfortable, light, clean & crisp sound with a long battery life. Works as expected.

my main issue is trying to connect to a device with this headset. theres no bluetooth button. it automatically goes into pairing/connect mode when you turn it on, and will often connect to a device other than the one you're trying to use! i even unpaired my phone and only had it connected to my PC, yet everytime i turn the headset on, it will connect to a device other than the PC. what is it connecting to?? who knows. not my phone or PC though. I have to reset the headset like 20 times before i time the pairing at the same time so it connects, even if its been previously paired before.the ear pads sit on top of the ear, and the design/material of it causes a bit of suction to occur. while this causes slightly better music quality (audio going directly into your ears and not escaping), it causes quite a bit discomfort, especially when wearing for more than an hour.its not super uncomfortable, but i can't keep these on for a long period of time. i already threw out the packaging, otherwise i'd return it and not buy again.

I like the comfort of this headset, they’re lightweight and don’t put pressure on my head. Sound quality, noise canceling, and battery life are all great. Definitely happy with them!

Constantly getting told customers can’t hear me even though I’m connected and mic is right next ti my mouth they say I sound very far away and even with volume in high I have trouble hearing the other person
