Is the canopy waterproof?

Yes – it features a waterproof coating and handles light to moderate rain well. Not designed for heavy storms or extreme weather – always check the forecast and take it down if strong winds or heavy rain are expected.

How many people to set up?

The pre-assembled frame allows setup by 1 people. Due to the canopy's weight, we recommend 2 people if it's your first time for easier and safer assembly.

What if the package arrives damaged or parts are missing?

Please inspect your package right away. If you find any damage or missing parts, send us clear photos of the issue. We'll verify and arrange a replacement promptly.

How can I get replacement parts if they get damaged during use?

All individual parts are available and can be requested from us free of charge within 2 years of your purchase.

Can this canopy support people dangling from it like in the picture?

Yes — our thickened frame is built stronger and can handle several adults' weight when hanging like in the picture. However, due to the added dynamic forces, we strongly advise against this for ongoing safety and durability reasons.
