Love it! It looks cheap but it works. It’s easy to use, easy to store and gives you a work out.

I absolutely love this board! I have a bad back,so traditional crunches often leave me with upper back and next pain the next day. With this board I am ableto work on my entire body without pain or re-injury. It’s easy to use and you feel results right away. It folds up and can fit right under the bed or in a closet with ease. I highly recommend this product!

This board is great! I can feel it working throughout my arms, back, and inner thighs! The range of exercises you can do offers great versatility to fit my mood or time. As a busy mom who hates clutter, the folding design and functionality of this makes me wish I'd purchased sooner!

What a workout
Item is not heavy, its easy to transport, if you have to. Set up is easy and switching out components is simple.. it does tend to slide during workout so I used a yoga mat to stop that from happening. I love my portable gym.

Not worth the money. Conveniently folds, but inconveniently the fold interrupts your processes!
Poor Quality. Yes, it folds in half but the fold causes interruption in the flow of your exercises. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller because they don’t give you enough time to try it and return it if you don’t like it.
