This is great stuff. I started taking it on advice from my PT for strength training. My daughter takes it for mental clarity. Within two weeks we both noticed a difference. My daughter feels that it has boosted her ability to recall information and study better and I feel really rested. My sleep is the best it has ever been and my resting heart rate is currently below 50 which started within two weeks of taking the Shilajit.
