Question 2

I want to buy plexaderm but all the reviews i read folks cant get the pump to work!!! how can you help me? does it come in any other device? thank you

Accepted Answer

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out! The Plexaderm you are referring to is our Rapid Reduction product for under-eye bags and wrinkles. Please be sure that when you’re ready to purchase you are buying the correct product name: Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Eye Serum - New Advanced Formula - Visibly Reduce Under-Eye Bags, Wrinkles, Dark Circles, Fine Lines & Crow's Feet Instantly

Also, we are pleased to let you know that we’ve recently launched the serum version of our Rapid Reduction product, which was previously manufactured in a thicker style cream. This advanced version seems to give customers less trouble related to getting the product out of the pump. To help you mitigate any issues, please follow the priming tips included on the listing, or feel free to reach out to us directly once you’ve received the product. We would be happy to walk you through the steps to prime the pump for first use. Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum is packed in an airtight container to ensure product freshness, so it does require a few extra steps before you can use it for the first time.

We hope this helps!

Question 3

can this be used with the plexaderm rapid reduction cream plus?

Accepted Answer

Plexaderm works best on its own. If Plexaderm Hyaluronic Moisturizer is used, it should be applied at least 10-20 minutes prior to Plexaderm application.

Question 4

Could everyone tell what their skin type is? There is good reviews & bad it would help to judge on a bad report

Accepted Answer

This product didn’t work for me. I bought it because
I had used their under eye treatment. I have older skin and this would probably work better for younger skin. I didn’t find any improvement after using most of the very small bottle.
