Nicely Made
My husband and I are pleased with the chairs. Good quality, they add beauty to our enclosed porch. The seat cushion is firm, but not uncomfortably so. They will soften with wear.

Look good, not comfortable
These chairs look great on my front porch. The cushions are well made with durable fabric but are not comfortable to sit on; they are like sitting on a rock. Luckily the cushions have a zipper so will buy softer foam to insert. Chairs are much more comfortable without cushion.

Better than expected
Very sturdy and seem to be well made. My old set wore out after many years and found these. I use them on a covered front porch and I will have many years of waving at the neighbors as they stroll by. I'm a fairly big guy and have zero problems comfort wise.

Starting unwrapping on leg -- Review Edited Below
I received these chairs and placed them on my covered porch. The back leg "rattan" has immediately started unwrapping from the leg. Not worth the money that they are charging; actually, a brand new chair should not do this at all, not matter what price you pay. EDITED TO ADD: I received a timely email from the company the very day that this review went live. They have offered a partial refund to keep the chair as is, which I will accept to repair the chair. Otherwise I would have to pay for shipping to return the chairs, as well as a restocking fee because I no longer had the original shipping container. The company was responsive and eager to make it right.

Well…it’s plastic
The chairs do seem sturdy, the style is there … but … it’s plastic - like if thick weedeater cord was used to weave instead of wicker. The cushions are well made and sturdy, the chairs are well made and from a distance it looks like wicker. They are comfortable, sturdy, plastic chairs. I guess I just wasn’t expecting something quite so..plastic.

These are absolutely beautiful. They’re really comfortable to sit in, they’re sturdy and they look great. One of the better things I’ve purchased on Amazon.
