Good eating nutty flavor as advertised easy to grow too
I have no problem getting these guys to germinate, mature, and produce produces in 45 days. See photos. I purposefully left one behind to produce more seeds for next growing season. In 10 days, look at the size of that monster @ 3x18". And I did it the lazy way too. This is what I did - I sowed directly into the soil. Make sure it gets decent full sun exposure, at least 6hrs of sun is needed. And the seed will need to be sow 1cm below the soil, make sure the sun gets to it so cut back grasses and weed from blocking the seed or it'll never germinate. Then pick a spot where the sprinkler hits it once per day for 4mins runtime. Too much watering will stun their growth. The same with too much sun will cause their leave to grow thin, producing massive leaves with very little produces. If yours isn't producing, cut any big leaves back like I did mine to force it sending more energy into making produces. Once a female is yielded, wait for the flower to turns yellow and opens naturally on its own in the morning. Take 2 male flowers to pollinate. Yes it takes at least 2 males to properly pollinate! You should be getting 5-1 male to female flowers so no worry about wasting males. Male lasts 3 days while female last 1 day. So as soon as the female flower opens, you need to pollinate right away before the windows disappear. And I noticed ants were stealing my pollins so you'll need to hand pollinate generously. Also, space out to 4 feet, as you can see in this photo at 4 feet separation between the 2 bigger, the middle is very tiny. Happy growing and eating.

Seed is NOT zucchini!!
Harvested first squash started with this seed. It is a gourd! I have grown Cocozelle Bush Zucchini several times from reputable seed companies (Johnny’s, etc.) It is a lovely Italian heirloom. This seed, however, is a waste of precious garden space. What a disappointment and what a ripoff

So far so good! It's been the highest yielding crop of all ...
So far so good! It's been the highest yielding crop of all the varieties I planted and so far no squash vine borers damage. Other varieties I have had to pull already. I'm very please. Oh! And the plant is HUGE!!! Give it LOTS of room. In truth the plants I pulled dont break my heart because itll give these guys more room to flourish!

Disintegrated seeds
These seeds were in terrible shape. The package was dirty and damaged and looked like it could have been soaked in water at some point. And the seeds were completely disintegrated. No full seed in the whole batch.

Only got a few to sprout.
We were hoping for several plants, but many seeds didn't sprout. We planted 15 of the 30 seeds and only 6 sprouted. Very disapointing.

Plenty of Zucchini
Grew one hill of Zucchini with these seeds. Had them coming out of our ears. had enough to give some away. One hill thinned down to three plants!
