Wow.. what a great kit! I’m new to Sourdough baking and this literally has everything I needed and more! All seem to be great quality as I’ve been using it all for well over a month now with no issues. You get so much for your money compared to other kits.

As a first time starter, or I'm at least attempting to try sourdough, when I opened this box, I felt like a kid at Christmas with all the stuff that was in it. This is PERFECT for someone starting out. Comes with everything you need. It becomes an addiction and you will be searching for more batons and cool stencils. For the blade tho, was a little confusing. I still don't know how to put it on the little handle thingy there. Idk what's called. I ended up cutting my fingers up trying to put it on. The little leather pocket it comes with ain't no help. But all in all, I would definitely buy this again or buy for someone as a gift.

Wonderful kit
Wonderful kit. I made an einkorn starter with this and I made beautiful einkorn bread. I’m very happy with the outcome. I was able to get a starter going in just 2 weeks. Easy to use. I’m excited to make lots of healthy bread.

Kit is nice except it is missing the spatula , the glass measuring cut and on bonnet cover for cup. Not happy with about missing items just want what I paid for!

Missing item but otherwise very nice.
I would love to have someone to contact. I used several items before realizing the bread sling was missing. Wish they could just send the sling!
