yes I just got my purchase in the mail today looking forward to you looked in the phone it seems like a very reliable phone

This product is nothing like it was described. I most definitely wished I had returned it. I have not been receiving some of my text messages people are sending and when I type a message and hit send it deletes. I have to types messages sometimes several types. The description of the camera is way off. The camera on this phone takes horrible pictures especially when you zoom in it is very grainy and unclear. I hate I paid for this phone.

I had the same cell phone before I ordered the new one .

Glad I could just switch sim card easily. I couldn't use a few apps from my old phone but they weren't that major that I couldn't do without.

I bought this phone, and the data does not work, it makes and receives calls and texts but cant use the 4g network, plus im looking at the phone and comparing, i did not receive an alcatel idealxcite, i received an alcatel pop 4 plus, there is no att logo on the back of the phone, it says alcatel underneath the camera on back, and pop at the bottom of the phone on the back, so i believe it is a alcatel pop 4 plus not and idealxcite 5044r, the battery says model 5056e, i have no idea wtf is going on, says this phone i received is $200, i think someone made a mistake and sent me the wrong phone, cuz the xcite is only $40, shiiiii you tell me

Compre dos equipos y La verdad pensé que me funcionaría pero no fue así, llegaron bloqueados los celulares y no puedo usar me gustaría hacer una devolución para recuperar mi dinero... En ninguna parte decía q era sólo para uso en EEUU....
