I have been using this product for years. As long as you understand that it does not offer immediate results, you will not be disappointed. Yes, wet AND FORGET. Come back in a couple of weeks or so, and provided that it has been properly applied with time to dry (5 hrs) before a rainfall, and there have been some periods of modest rainfall in the days/weeks following the application (or you return to spray with clean water), the surface will be clear of green, black and other colorful mildew and algae growth. I have used this product on wood of all kinds (PT, painted or untreated), cement, masonry, aluminum and fiberglass surfaces, all with very good to excellent results. It has not harmed any of my extensive landscaping vegetation. I use it with a long-distance garden hose sprayer to cover my entire tile roof in FL, as I stand on a ladder at the edge of the roof. I have been doing this for years with great results. It can be expensive, but when you consider the labor involved with using alternative methods (pressure washing) I think it is worth every penny.

This stuff did exactly what it was supposed to do; remove green moss growing between my daughters shingles on a shady side of the house. Literally within 1 week of application (actually saw the moss dying within 2 days), all has turned into dead moss slowly being washed away by rain and wind. I was considering power washing the roof; no need with this stuff, just spray it on liberally and walk away. Easily a 5 star purchase.

This product really works, but you need to realize its results take months to complete. I've used it on siding, awnings, and even grave stones with fantastic results. Happy to share our complete satisfaction with Wet and Forget.

We use this for our roof and siding to remove algae and mildew. It works great . Just spray and leave until it rains . Spots go away a little at a time .

I love the stuff. I’ve used it for years. It takes a little time to work, so if you need the mold or mildew off fast use the toxic chemicals.I have my stuff under control so I apply it every year before it grows.

We were unsure about using any product on our vinyl fencing. We were pleased that this product is removing mold and stains and more as the weeks go by. Good value for the money and easy to use.

I have used this product often. At my home in Florida on my white vinyl fence and sidewalk. I have also used it at my home in PA in my paver patio to stop moss growth, and on my white deck railings for mold and algae. It does a great job at keeping these materials at bay. The 1 to 5 dilution ration makes the product go a long way.
