Tiny bunny approved!
Top notch quality, but I almost returned this, because my tiny baby bunny’s feet were too small for the grate (I got the extra grate). Then I used my noggin and put a folded pee pad over the grate for now. He is eating soooo much more hay with this setup! He loves it!! And so far he’s doing great with litter box training and it’s only been a few days! Also very nice has been the lack of hay everywhere. Thanks Lorelei! ❤️

Great option
It's sturdy enough for my Flemish Giant bun, easy to clean, helps keep my boy from walking through his own mess.

Wonderful starting point, but there’s always room for improvement
The media could not be loaded. I gave at a 5 star because I think this is a win for the bunny community. But I think true functionality, I’d give it a 4.5 star.Pros:1. Hay mess: This is definitely bunny parenting on easy mode—things are a lot less messy when it comes to hay. Being allergic to hay, this definitely helps a lot. This picture is several hours after I cleaned up and it looks pretty neat still whereas it wouldve been a mess already in the past.2. The plastic material is also very nice. My buns is 8 years old and I’ve explored through my fair share of different types of litter boxes. Most of the time, the bunny pee leaves a calcified pee stains on the plastic that I could not scrub off. I throw away some of my litter boxes after some time for this reason. With this, everything is smooth, it’s almost ceramic in nature. No scrubbing needed, I just rinse off with water and everything comes off.Assembly and disassembly is very easy makes cleaning easy as well.Room for improvement:Someone mentioned a cap on the hay feeder. I 100% agree. I think that will also help with the allergy situation and help with aesthetic stuff tooI know Lorelei mentioned that the box had low clearance to consider elder bunnies. I think that’s definitely a good idea, but I think for buns like mine who still has quite a kick on him, there should be a litter box with a higher clearance. My bunny tends to kick the bedding out when he comes in and out of it. Thats the mess I have to deal with rather than the hay. So, who knows maybe they can provide another litter box with different clearance options. You know what would be extra awesome? A biodegradeable pad/lining that fits this. With the doggy lining I have right now, my buns get bothered by the fact that it may slip back and forth so he wants to dig it out. So a nonslip pad that accompanies this—Now that would be a game changer.Someone else also mentioned bunnies climbing up top and getting their paws stuck. Before this litter box, I was using one of those hidden litter box and I just velcroed a cloth hat feeder inside it. It was nice until the bunny pulled too hard and the adhesive on the velco weakened causing it to fall and it gets peed on. But hey, he never attempted to climb on top of it…so….a round litter box may help. Bunnies can’t get on round things 🤔Thanks Lorelei for this invention. Best of luck.

Mix Feelings
The product I feel is good but also not great but I do believe is all dependent on situation. I did return the item because it did not achieve what I needed it to. The product it self has a great starting point and the idea is there. Below ill be breaking down the pros and cons of the product as I see it.Pro:Aesthetically pleasing.Has a built in feederFor bunnies with issues hopping and out is low enoughCons:-Maintenance is VERY demanding. I ended up having to clean the litter box almost daily at most I would every two days, personally that is TOO demanding. but this alone could be a personal preference. As I see it bunny upkeep is very demanding in itself and adding something else is just too much and too time consuming.-The hay feeder is too low and too wide, I think this part is again, dependent on each persons necessity because if you bunnies have disabilities or anything else this wouldn't be a problem but from my perspective, I have two bunnies and one is a digger who would in seconds take all the hay out and pee on it, making the upkeep even more demanding-the bottom was too shallow, I think I get why Lorelai did it this way, she was thinking of Lennon's age and making it easy on her to hop in and out, but that not necessary for all bunnies. the shallowness basically means that in one day of usage all the poop and hay comes out of the litter box.-The litter box is definitely only for one bunny, I have two pet rabbits whom are consider dwarfs and they barely fit inside, they like to eat together and they literally had to take turns eating.I think overall the litter box ain't bad, but its targeted more for bunnies with disabilities which is good but not all bunnies need it and especially if your a very busy person the upkeep is WAY to demanding. In my personal experience I basically DIY my litter box. I have a deep litter to make upkeep less demanding but also help with my digging bunny not make all the destruction, but he is also an older bunny so what i did to make it easy on him to get inside is that I made a custom ramp for him hop in and out. I also have a custom hay feeder position a bit higher and restrictive to avoid a mess and avoid the digging. all of it wide enough for 2 to maybe 3 bunnies to fit inBasically what I'm trying to say is, it not bad but do take these notes in consideration. I'm a big fan of Lennon and I think I would definitely give the litter box another chance if they came up with a different model. The product does look beautiful and I almost did not return it because of how aesthetically pleasing it looked, but the looks weren't enough to convince me.

Recommend
I had to buy the grate separately and it came weeks before the litter box. Lorelei Carlson knows better than most the importance of protecting rabbits hops. There needs to be holes got the grate to snap into, also. Lorelei annoys me so I’m trying to keep my focus on the product and not the person. It’s not big enough for 2 bunnies but it’s perfect for Cindy. She loves it. She eats from the top and the inside. I put it in front of the patio door so she can get some sun as she eats.Cleaning because of the type of plastic used to make this, is super easy. A quick wipe with a paper towel (maybe dampened with a little vinegar) is all it takes. I fill it with hemp pellets on Saturday, with gloves I take out the wet hemp and her poops, do a quick spot wipe and close. It holds a weeks worth of pellets. So it’s both time and cost effective.I highly recommend the HOPS litter box.

Amazing Product
Great design and quality. It holds the hay inside the litter box well, which makes the cleaning easier than before. Also, the size is perfect for a 6.5 pounds bunny.
