Magnesium citrate of optimal quality, I recommend it

I am currently under the treatment of an endocrinologist testing hormones and vitamins every 6 months to get all my levels back to normal. THIS BRAND is the only brand that not only majorly increased all my vitamins but did it fast! The last time I had a vitamin D deficiency in 2019 it took over a year to get my vitamin d back to within a low normal... I regrettably stopped taking my vitamins shortly after just for my levels to significantly drop again. I tool Solaray vitamin d plus k2 and my levels went from 17 to 67 within 3 months. The same with the other vitamins I've tried by them.

It's magnesium, so let's just say it is not too exciting. We have taken it for years.

No me agrada que sean tan grandes. Casi pierdo la vida porque una se me quedó en la garganta y casi me asfixia.

A friend suggested to take these vitamins. I can definitely see a difference with sleep and digestion. It doesn't hurt my belly when I take it either.
