Protecting Yourself
I purchased Boundaries Participant's Guide- Revised: When to say yes, how to say no to take control of your life. I also purchased through Amazon and the product came on time and was in fine condition. I have a hard time to say no to someone and this book is helping me with "life's issues" and it is ok to say no to someone if this causes stress in your life and that is ok. A person needs to life some stress out of a person's life. It makes you feel better and in control. That is a very nice feeling. If you are having trouble with this purchase this book and see how much better you will be. I highly recommend this book, and getting anything from Amazon has been very secure and I have had no problems what-so-ever.

Everyone Should Read
Honestly, I'm not sure I know a single person who is consistently excellent with setting and respecting and maintaining boundaries...AND I KNOW PLENTY OF SUCCESSFUL AND WELL ADJUSTED PEOPLE. The information in here isn't rocket science really - but I think most people, myself at the front, don't consider all that boundaries mean or all they affect...or what lack of them means to your life...and how to keep them and respect those of others...not in the 'I want it yesterday' society we live in :o) If I were lazy, I would skip the book and just read this - it has enough of the main points in it...BUT I need to improve my boundary setting, maintaining and respecting :o)
