Update ~ Has been a few months now and after a few uses my lawn mower started leaking gas again. Don't think its because of this though.Probably has another problem that I'm not aware of. I just put in enough gas to mow the lawn for that day and just kind of manage things that way. Other then that, this was still a good buy! It did what it was supposed to and everything fit perfectly! I think my gas leak is being caused by something else though.Original review ~ Was exactly what I ordered and was able to make the lawn mower stop leaking gas once it was put in. Came in a very timely fashion.

Only needed one of the pieces, but the value of getting this whole kit was nearly the same as the one piece separately. Seem to be made well and durable. It went on easily and had good stretch so this little car repair project went smooth and quickly. The rest of the pieces will likely come in handy for other projects later. So long as we don't misplace them. :)

Just what I needed for my 10 yr old B&S lawnmower. Really need the gasket and the bell gasket (large rubber o ring) it was an exact match! Other parts will be spares, but I’m sure I would’ve spent the same amount and even more time finding just each part at a repair shop 8 miles away. This way I have convenience. Installed the parts and it fired right up first pull!!

I liked the fact that I ordered it on Wednesday, received it on Thursday and had my machine running that night.I was working on a pressure washing machine with a 5hp Industrial Briggs and Stratton engine.I was looking for a replacement carburetor but it was not available anymore and had to be repaired by parts.I purchased this repair kit and a new bowel float, only used a few parts from the kit but they were exactly what I needed. Note I had to find a manual on my engine to identify the parts that I needed. There was a parts breakdown on each part of the engine. I also purchased a new engine air filter off the parts list.

Needle that came with kit was defective. I installed it and the needle seat, and carb kept leaking gas. I checked to make sure needle seat was installed correctly and tried again and it still leaked. I took a chance and put the old needle back on and it stopped leaking. Apparently the needle was not machined correctly. It looked fine to naked eye, but just didn’t do the job.

Everything I needed to rebuild the carb on my Briggs and Stratton. All the parts fit well and functioned properly once rebuilt.

This kit fits late Nineties Briggs Intek OHV 6.5 hp . My 1998 Aries self propelled mower works now and no longer leaks fuel.

I got a dead mower from a neighbor and rebuilt the carb with this kit and it works like new.
