Probably the worst purchase I have ever made on amazon. 90 percent of the cd is this guy yapping away about sound energyOh there is "the acupuncturist" , the other Talker on this cd, who appears to want us to think she is an expert on neurology. Her rant takes up to close to 9 percent of the cd with then about 1% of sound music. HUGELY DISAPPOINTING

The pieces in this collection are absolutely mesmerizing. This is a meditation CD but I also listen at bedtime and when relaxing, even while driving...so peaceful. I love it so much I take it with me to my weekly massages and my massage therapist enjoyed it so much I bought her a copy! I highly recommend for anyone looking for some peace and calm away from the busy, crazy lives most of us lead.

Amazingly healing music. Takes you deep into rest and brings you back out again. Highly recommend. Relieves any stress, tension or anxiety.

Having had a very very positive experience with this CD when my husband was ill several years ago, I've been buying them for friends facing medical crises since. This is my fifth gift purchase, this one for a sister who is dealing with stage 4 gastric cancer. It's been quite helpful as she deals with the effects of her treatments, during and after week-long chemo sessions.

This is my 2nd purchase. I love the sound of this Self-Healing DVD, and the music is very relaxing. I find myself quickly drifting off to sleep when listening to it.

I LOVE this entire CD. It is great for practicing or teaching yoga, meditation, massage, or just as background ambience.

I bought this to help myself relax but now I use it for my Reiki treatments. Its wonderful for aiding the calming healing process and feels as though it takes you to another place! A variety of tracks that are very relaxing, not an annoying one among them. P.S. It is the mosr fantastic sound to leave on for our dogs when we all go out. They become very chilled and sleepy. Thank you
