I’ve been taking NAD+ for quite some time without any issues or allergies. If you look at my reviews, you can see another product that I preferred but it was discontinued. I bought this brand on 4/27 and had been taking it daily. Last week, shortly after taking this one, I experienced a severe allergic reaction that required emergency medical attention. Within 15 minutes, I felt intense burning sensations on my skin and felt my airway beginning to tighten. When paramedics arrived, my blood pressure was 198/115, and I was tachycardic; therefore, I was taken to the ER in critical condition and they administered an epinephrine injection en route. At the hospital, doctors observed what they described as a full-body macular rash and were very concerned about the severity of my reaction. I’m sharing this to help others avoid a potentially life-threatening experience. I’m also disappointed that my previous review was not posted saying it violationed community standards. I believe it’s important to share honest and potentially life-saving information.
