CAP Barbell 3-in-1 Plyometric Box | Multiple Styles and Sizes

Was a good price compared to other brands. It seems pretty solid. I do my dumbbell step ups with 60 pounds in each hand and I weigh about 175 pounds. No issues so far. The built in handles make it easy to move. I do like how the sides are stamped so you can easily adjust the height you want. I did not get the grip version and got the standard wood. As long as I’m using it on my gym mats I don’t have to worry about the box sliding. I wouldn’t use it on my garage concrete. Putting the item together didn’t take long neither. Overall happy with my purchase.

Easy to assemble. Fit and finish was very good. The box is very sturdy. I have used it for a variety of exercises and have had no issues.

Good quality box. The plywood used seems high quality free or voids and the non-slip layer applied well. Only drawback is 2 of the screw holes in more than 2 dozens are not perfectly aligned, I have to angled and push them to get the bite of the threads.

One of the best things I spent my money on. The height differences on each corner was a plus. It’s great for my home gym, the size is small but helpful to save space, it’s a great add on to my home gym. It’s my go to for step ups, even use it around the house as a step stool at times. The grip it comes with on each corner was a plus especially since I like to do leg days without shoes on for better stability the grip has saved me a couple times from stubbing when I lose some balance.

Had knee replacement surgery and this box, on which I practice stepping up and down, is the perfect size and very sturdy and safe. Love it for my at home physical therapy.
