Defective doesn’t work

This product should be taken down off amazon before any more people get stung buying it do not waste your money they don’t work and it doesn’t come with manual and zero customer support I have wasted 80 pound on this and I have defective product

Highly simple, Ruthlessly effective!

Extremely easy and intuitive to operate. I’m operating 3 PTZ cameras using this bit of kit and I’ve found it super simple to work with. It’s easy to program presets and then just as simple to use them. I’d highly recommend it.

Did not work properly, tried setting up with HikVision PTZ Camera and protocols were incompatible with the camera. Waste of money. 1 star rating coming from professional CCTV Installer
