Look, sometimes you want gravy and you don't have it; but they do make this, and it's basically like gravy. The thickness is off and the flavor is kinda bland, but it's beefy and salty and pours on things.The major inconvenience is that the glass isn't microwaveable, so you're going to have to put this in a second container to heat it up, and then use that second container to pour onto your food; seems like they could put this in a plastic container and skip the middleman.For a nice British-style beef gravy I suggest adding a bit of worcestershire and soy sauce; black pepper doesn't hurt.
