Q: How frequently do I need to clean the filter?
A:The activated charcoal filter should be changed every 2-4 weeks, depending on the frequency of use. Having more pets to use the feeder will increase the saliva and food debris in the water, so, you need to change the filter more frequently. The well should be cleaned at least every two weeks. Please clean it once a week if you live in a hard water area.

Q: Why am I finding small black particles in my pet’s well?
A: Don t worry. It is normal phenomenon. A little residual charcoal dust might be seeped from the filter during repeated use, and it will do no harm to your pet’s health. So, you need to rinse the filter before using, and you should change the filter regularly.

Q: What’s the dispenser power consumption?
A: The well runs on a ultra-low power consumption AC Pump. The power consumption is about 2 W, so the year power consumption is about 1.5kWh per month / 18kWh.
