Pretty sure because they haven't applied for it to be registered. If it is the exact formula as Tenacity, then Tenacity is only restricted in AK and PR. Q: Will this kill Nimblewill?

Nimblewill is controlled by Meso4 SC but will require a second application. I have Copied a portion of the manufacturer's label below: WEEDS CONTROLLED USING POST-EMERGENCE APPLICATION: Make a second application of Meso 4 SC Select 2-3 weeks after initial treatment. For optimal control add a NIS-type surfactant and apply to young, actively growing weeds.
