I have always been a fan of magnesium, being the only supplement that has ever given me immediate and such noticeable results. This is the first time I've tried a topical spray and I am still happy with results.These sprays are not cheap so now that I have a bottle I will probably just make my own from here on out. There is nothing special to these sprays, literally just water and magnesium flakes. It is so much cheaper to just buy a bag of magnesium flakes(NOW brand for sure) and mix it with water. Not to mention it would last so much longer.That being said, this spray seems very good. It does not itch or burn when applied to the skin which seems to be the biggest complaint. When applied to areas of muscle or general pain, I was surprised at how quickly the pain went away. It has improved my mood and helps me fall asleep at night.Despite just being magnesium and water, it will feel oil like on the skin but that quickly goes away. You'll notice it most on your hands when you run it in after spraying.I am sure there are more benefits than just those but after only a couple of days the spray has worked that quickly.The bottle is big and will last a very long time.Considering all of the magnesium topical sprays have pretty much the exact same ingredients, this one is the best value for your money by a long shot. And if it is your first time trying magnesium in this way, then I highly recommend purchasing this brand over the more expensive brands. And if you are looking for something cheaper than the brand you currently use, well, I highly recommend this to you as well. You'll be pleasantly surprised!

I use this for deodorant, muscle aches, pains, and applied to my tummy for constipation.Pros--If you use it for deodorant it’s works! I use it everyday-Helps with muscle pains, stiff neck, sore back etc within 20 minutes I notice a difference-if experiencing constipation I rub it on my tummy at night and symptoms are relieved almost always the next dayCons- it took consistency to work as a deodorant and when I first would apply it my armpits would burn-leaves a dry greasy feeling and you need to wait for it to fully go into skin before putting on clothes-drys hands out after applicationFor me the pros outweigh the cons and this spray has become apart of my daily routine!

This magnesium spray has honestly been a lifesaver during my pregnancy! I’ve been struggling with restless legs at night, and after using this spray before bed, I noticed a huge difference. It really helps my legs relax and settle down, making it so much easier to fall asleep and stay comfortable through the night.I love how convenient and easy it is to apply — just a few sprays on my calves or thighs, and I start feeling relief within minutes. It doesn’t have a strong or overwhelming smell, which is great since I’m sensitive to scents while pregnant.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it caused a bit of itchiness on my skin after applying. Nothing severe, but just enough to be a little irritating. I’ve learned to dilute it slightly with lotion or apply it to less sensitive areas, and that helps a lot.Overall, this is a great natural solution for restless legs, especially during pregnancy. I just recommend testing it on a small area first if you have sensitive skin. Otherwise, it’s been a real comfort and a much-needed part of my nighttime routine!

I use this all the time. It itches a little for a few seconds but that's because it's working! I have a bottle upstairs on my nightstand, and one downstairs at my desk. It takes a little getting used to, but if your muscles are tight and hurting... it's worth it! Just remember to keep your hair up in a ponytail while you have it on and wear an old tshirt. It's good stuff for achy tight muscles and joints!

The product is good quality, bought it to help with sleep, it helps muscles relax, etc. but if you suffer from insomnia its not get you the results you need, it makes your hand and body feel itchy

When I was having trouble sleeping due to treatments somone suggested this spray. It works great. While it goes on "wet" it is not oily. I just spray, rub it in, and go to bed. I found it helps alleviate leg cramps as well.

I love the spray so much! I work out a lot and often have sore muscles. This helps my legs, relax, and eases the soreness. I spray it on my calves and feet at night and I sleep great when I use it! This is the best brand of magnesium oil spray that I have found, and the bottle lasts a very long time! Great value for the size of the bottle

Be aware this product is not returnable or refundable if you experience an issue. My husband broke out in a rash immediately upon application and had to take a long shower to rinse it all off and stop the burning and itching. Then I tried it and it is ineffective. I’ve been using Nakido brand and we’ll go back to that product as it does not have the same magnesium ingredient in it that doesn’t work in the NOW brand. Although the NOW brand is less expensive, it appears there is a reason for that.
