The cylinder was well honed with perfect piston fitting and head was just as precise with all needed to build the engine

This top end worked perfectly on my 1983 Honda Z50R.
This is the best aftermarket top end kit I've purchased. It installed like it was supposed to and more importantly, the bike runs like new. I did have to fine tune my carb settings, but after that....the bike runs and idles perfect! Very happy with the parts. This kit is only for the later model Z50s that have the flat top pistons....it will not work in the old 50s that used the old domed pistons.

This is a 39 mm piston not a big bore
This kit is a normal china kit it's not a big bore everything is like 49cc top end nothing special about this you might find one cheaper I thought it was a big bore kit

Absolutely perfect fit on a Honda xr50.Put it together put it in time adjusted the valves and started right up. Be money ever spent. Built great and sounds great! Great material and good parts
