I dont know. It has its own remote!!!!

Is there any way to tell when the battery is fully charged?

When the battery is fully charged, the green indicator light of the charger stays on.

Can these run in snow or water??

We have done a simple waterproof treatment, but it is recommended to wipe it clean after encountering water to prevent the metal parts from oxidizing and rusting. As for snow, just pay attention to the throttle.
