Loving my Performance Tea. I have been drinking it for the past couple of weeks. I love the texture very similar to matcha green tea. I like it plain or I mix a little almond milk in it. I found I like to drink it in the afternoon when I need a little boost and I don't want to drink a coffee. One of my co-workers made a comment after I drank a cup this past week about what happened to me because he could tell that I had a huge energy boost. I have also tried it before my morning workouts and I found it is a nice substitute for coffee and it is very easy to make. I really like the taste as well much more than matcha green tea . A couple of times I completely skipped my morning cup of coffee and I did not realize it until later in the day. I am always excited when I discover something which is all natural, I enjoy and helps with my over all performance.

I've been drinking Performance Tea (all three blends) every day now for several weeks and I'm not planning to stop any time soon. There are many noticeable benefits, but the primary one is that I'm not loading myself up on caffeine and depleting my kidneys every day anymore. I like coffee but don't like the other effects like the jitters, restlessness, and trouble sleeping so this is the perfect solution for me. I take one in the morning to get going and another right after lunch to keep going. It allows my focus to stay where it needs to be all day while keeping my nerves chill. Not sure if it is supposed to help sleep but I swear I have been having deeper sleep cycles as well since taking it.

Does not give me sustained energy. Tastes okay.

Bad flavor dont waste u time on buying this gross stuff

I have been going to kickboxing class at 6:30 am, but my first first mornings were a little too groggy and filled with nausea to be fun. When I started drinking Performance Tea before class, I started my class with energy and I was able to feel strong through the entire hour. I blend it with a little bit a ghee for an extra boost in flavor and energy. The herbs in Performance Tea are incredible!

It tastes old and weak... I haven’t finished the box. It tastes really horrible, and I’m a person who likes earthy healthy type of foods/drinks. This tasted like dirty water
