Dell Optiplex 9020 All In One FHD (1920 x 1080) Business pc that I purchased as refurbished for my personal use at home has more than I imagined. It is in almost brand new condition, the screen has no scratches, there are only a few almost undetectable marks on the back... The speeds of the pc and the amount of memory are more than most stock PCs and laptops. The screen is as large as a small TV...And the stock graphics are great. I could not be any happier.

I bought this computer and for 4 months now, i haven't enjoyed it. It keeps tripping off every 5 mins and restarts itself. Very very bad.

Bought two of these for my company. Tested for a month, then bought 6 more. Exactly as described except for a few more scratches than expected. Have not experienced any of the problems others have reported. All worked great right out the box. A couple of them had to do a windows update which only took a few minutes. They were packaged very well. These were clearly used, with some scratches on the face plate and several had screen scratches which look bad at first, but are not that noticeable when the screen is lit up. The keyboard and mouse they provide are extremely cheap and flimsy and you will probably want to replace them. One of mine even had dead keys. I am replacing them with wireless ones, so I didn't care. The specs say no webcam. All of mine have webcams and they work. They also have a manual slide to block the webcam which is nice. This is not a touch screen. Speed and stability are great so far. Have not experienced a single crash on any of the machines. The power cord is ridiculously short and it is very touchy. If you pull on it, the computer will shut off. It is a standard cord that you can just pull off your old computer or buy on ebay/amazon for a few bucks. The wifi is a USB dongle, not internal. It works great and there are loads of USB ports on this computer, including High Speed ones. Comes with a very clean Windows 10 Pro with no bloatware. This allows it to boot very quickly. Great bang for the buck if you don't mind a few scuffs. I recommend just getting the 4 yr square trade warranty for $36 bucks if you are concerned. That is what I did.**Update** I have had them for several months now. No failures. All still work great.

I purchased 4 of these for our office and couldn't be happier. Very easy to set up.. extremely nice computers for the price. I was shocked at the bad reviews.These are GREAT computers and I will be purchasing more.

RUN AWAY, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM...When I was buying 2 of these I did not read the customer reviews, my error, I trusted Amazon allowing the statement that these were refurbished certified and that the seller seems to be DELL but the truth is that they are provided by what I guess is a Dell partner.One of the computers arrived with a scratch on the screen and the other crashed after configuring windows and did not started again.The worst part is that I shipped them to my brother in Costa Rica, but I do not know if Dell will take responsibility for this or my option is for my brother to try to fix them there. It is not worth to return them back to the SELLER

I especially liked the form factor being an all-in-one unit. Space on the desk top was important and this unit fit the bill to a "T". Dell has great products that I have used for years.

The PC was supposed to have Wifi but it does not have it. So I needed to get a long Ethernet cable to be able to configure it. Moreover I have limitations as to where to place it because of the same problem.

The seller supplying this computer to Amazon seems above average at this point. The computer has minor issues. Scratches on the back panel, stripped screw on the top left corner of the foot pad mount, top right corner of the screen housing not completely seated or closed. I have begun to power it up and update the windows version it arrived with. So far all is well. I am impressed with the screen size, it's larger than I expected. At this point nothing negative is showing and I am very pleased with the unit. I have a 9020 Mini tower and love it that is why I did not hesitate to order this all-in-one computer.
