This is a great product at a great price, easy to assemble and works like a charm (as I knew it would). As a small business delivery service,this is just what I've needed for my paper deliveries! I've priced these locally and was dismayed at the price ($500-600 assembled). Would I recommend this product, YES! From Amazon, emphatically YES!!!

you can buy this hand truck once for a lifetime of use or you can buy cheaper ones numerous times after they malfunction on you in the middle of moving a refrigerator and you then break your leg and have physical therapy for the next year. Just buy this quality one first!!!!

The cart is perfect once it is built. The instructions (which I had to print off of the internet because the box was torn open and the instructions were missing) were poorly written and the illustrations were not helpful. I had to send the first order back as a return because the box was torn open and parts were missing. The packaging/delivery of this item needs to be addressed.....just terrible. The cart is "5 star".....receiving and building the cart was a zero star process.

They make high quality hand trucks. But not the cheapest but will last me a very long time I am sure. A friend of mine has had his for over 20 years.

Easy to use had to put the bottom part and wheels on which took about an hour that was mostly do to me not being motivated to do it though.

5 years of abuse on a delivery route and still strong... i bought this one as it was much cheaper than the one with the pneumatic wheels WHICH IS A MUST. But buying this then buying pneumatic wheels came out about 80 dollars cheaper at the time lol

Absolutely the best Dolly on the market. We use them in our business and we continue to buy them time and time again as we are grow. Parts are easily replaced after they have gone through the life cycle which seems to be forever.

Good productIt would be helpful to put a manual instructions in the box to so it would be easier to assemble
