Epson is awful
I really hate that Epson decides the cartridges are empty when there's still a ton of ink inside. If you break one open after the printer has told you that it's empty, there's literally almost an teaspoon of ink left. Given how little ink it takes to print something, that's huge.Additionally, while their printers claim they'll still print/copy in black and white if one of your color cartridges is empty, they actually don't. If you have another choice for printer, choose something else.

Product works just fine, next time will order the larger capacity ink cartridge.
i go through the black ink faster than the color cartridges, as most of the usage if for cover letters, and duplicates of forms and letters to retain copies inmy file records.

Print Quality is Just as Good as Epson brand
The print quality is excellent and so is the customer service of the seller. From a previous order, my review said the print quality was excellent but one of the two cartridges had a manufacturing defect and couldn't be used. The seller issued a full refund. With great customer service, I gladly ordered again. My printer recognizes the cartridges which is a major aspect and I printed 50 copies of a six-page newsletter. The print quality was just as good on the last page as it was on the first page.
