Item comes from overseas, so you must be patient — shipping date was accurate (3-4 weeks). I absolutely love the lighted numbers! Be sure to use the instructions on the purchase page with the template sent with the product and you’ll be set. My husband didn’t realize he’d be using lag bolts — he expected it would come with screws that would screw into the wall, so prepare for that.😉

Seller was making all kind of excuses to not send my money back
The numbers look really cheap, clearly made with low-quality materials. I paid $200 for this and it’s not worth it. Don’t waste your time — this product is extremely cheap and poorly made. The connections fail, it didn’t even connect properly. It’s a rip-off. Don’t even think about buying it.
