Just to be clear, these are fixed non-adjustable straps. Gymnastics rings are NOT included.
The product photos shows straps with a gymnastic ring. It's somewhat misleading even though the description says it is straps only. If you are expecting a rings and straps set this is not it. For about $5-10 more you can get both straps and rings as a set, some straps are even adjustable at that. These straps are fixed and not even adjustable. The product photos should have in bold text on them *Rings NOT included*. A lot of shoppers are busy and on the go. They shop off the pictures they see. The straps by itself isn't of any use to me so returning them. They appear to be sturdy and strong but would have been better if they came with rings.
