Great customer service.
As an old plumber, I was going to install this for a friend as a temporary fix, which is all I'd use a cheap valve like this for. No self respecting plumber would consider this even semi permanent. My friend changed his mind and decided to go with a better valve. I'm giving this five stars because the return was free and the refund was prompt.

Nice-Looking & Works GREAT
Love this new faucet for our shower. Ours was worn out, old & ugly. We had knobs that you turn rather than the handles this new one has. And it's so easy to turn on & off. It's been several weeks since we installed it and we are very pleased.

Replaced our shower handles
Perfect fit for our shower. We had a turn handle that went bad and had a hard time finding a handle replacement since we were tired of the turn knob look. Easy to install and use.
