I've directed and taught acting to teens and tweens for years, and recently began leading an adult acting group. Because many of my resources were geared towards younger people, I bought this book to help me work with adults. This book is a great resource for professional and amateur acting classes. I like how each game's purpose is explained, along with it's "industry connection". Everyone in my class loves these games.

I love this book. It's filled with great activities (I don't want to call them games, as it reflects too much on playing) that are fully adjustable to suit any group in terms of experience, age and sex. I've been using it over and over, and the ideas that I get from this book are simply fabulous. What I appreciate most, is the fact that each activity is described in full details and you also know the reason for doing a specific activity. An investment as far as I'm concerned, and I'm very proud owning this book.

I teach acting classes to children, and I am always looking for new games for my students. This book is filled with a wide variety of acting and improvisation games that kids will enjoy. It offers a wide variety of games for students of all ages. Plus, the games focus on various acting topics, which is nice when you are putting together a class. This has been an excellent teaching resource for my acting class.

This is the book I was looking for! I love, not only, how the games are clearly described, but that there is an explanation of why we are doing this drill or playing the game. I appreciate the wit and humor used in writing the book, so it's not only informative, but also a pleasure to read!

Love the book. Like how it has different sections for different purpose. Also, debriefing on each activity is powerful. Must have book for someone in Improv industry.

As a drama tutor I refer to this book quite regularly. I work with kids from 8 to 18 -it is more suited for the older ones. All in this is explained very well though I often have changed instructions around to suit but that's no big deal. Well worth the money.
