It’s a little easier to keep up with those who have younger brains. I miss my 29 year old brain. I’m 72 and so these capsules are pretty helpful. I take a couple a day.

Only use it for school. Definitely notice a difference in recall and memory. Works best with DHA. Excellent quality product

I started taking this supplement, because my doctor prescribed it to me for concentration issues. I been having a hard time focusing. My doctor prescribed 1 pill a day for the first week and increased the dosage to two pills on the second week. However I felt dizzy and had really bad headaches. My doctor recommended to stay with one pill a day, and although occasionally I still have headaches I don’t feel dizzy. But I been able to concentrate better and focus not only on tasks but I noticed I have a better organized pattern of thinking. In regards to the product the pills do stick together the inside is a jelly filling but a good shake helps the pills become unstuck. Do not refrigerate the bottle but do keep it in a cool place. The pills have no flavor and are similar to the Advil liquid gels, easy to swallow in my opinion. I would recommend this product but always consult a doctor because of the side effects.

As many of the reviews, my PS100 gel caps also came melted in a giant clump. This is the 2nd time it has happened. I tried to separate the gel caps but they break, so the content of oozes out onto my hand before I can swallow it. This review in about the condition of the supplement- unusable. As for the effectiveness, (when the supplements actually came not melted into a giant clump), it promoted sound sleep.

I've been buying this product for awhile now. I take two about an hour before bedtime and I don't wake up two hours early, unable to get back to sleep, like I had been doing. I also find that I can remember large numbers better than I could before. I gave it four stars because the price was $52.85 in November and it's now $63.21. That's a 21% price increase and I'll have to seriously reconsider before I order again.As far as people complaining about the pills sticking together, I've only had that happen once. If you keep the bottle in the refrigerator, the pills come apart easily and will stay apart.

This made me VERY drowsy. I took two liquigels for the first time this morning and two hours later I needed a nap! I took a 5 hour nap and woke up still drowsy! I gave 5 stars because I don't want to discredit this supplement based on what it does with my unique body chemistry. This may be my new magic sleep aid! Lol

I try others all the time but always come back to Jarrow. Their soft gel cap PS is simply the best. I feel mental clarity and focus from using it. For first time use it may take up to a couple weeks to start noticing, but typically within about 5-7 days I'd say you'll feel something.I like it in conjunction with GPC and lithium orotate. As well some Lecithin is good to help round out your phospholipids. I tried Magtein but the jury is still out on that one.
