splines on the steering linkage were poorly cut, causing things to bottom out before they were properly seated. Because of this the linkage popped off while I was on a ride, nothing like loosing steering on top of a ridge.Uninstalled entire unit to get to the splines on bottom of motor, filed rough parts out, same on steering shaft, now they fully engage and seat correctly.If you are buying this-bench fit all the shafts before installing in the machine. Hard to check proper fitment laying on your back under the dash.

This is a great unit. Makes steering so much easier. I would have given it 5 stars except for the instructions. They are terrible. My unit had no factory power steering. The instructions that came with it were for replacing existing steering. They could include bolt sizing, orientation of parts and other information that would be handy. The front yoke pinch bolt is almost impossible to get to if you have a winch. Remove the radiator overflow tank and save yourself a lot of skinned knuckles and cursing.Does appear to be a pretty well built unit. Time will tell.

A lot of money but well worth it. Makes all the difference, the biggest of which being the elimination of feedback from hitting stumps. Before if you hit a stump Hiding in the weeds with one tire it would rip the wheel out of your hands. The second difference being the night and day comparison from non power steering to this kit. You can ride all day using one hand to steer. Takes 2-3 hours to install. No special tools needed.

Had to grind the tilt support bracket due to contact with the steering column. The CPU bracket screws are too short. Had to use washers on one side and the bracket by itself on the other. Other than these two issues it was pretty straightforward. Made a big difference in the steering. This was on a 2016 Polaris RZR 900 S.

Came with broken parts. But made h home made repair . but works awsom .. Not sure where It came from broke but was packaged so someone received it and returned it.

I wish there was away to turn off the steering fault light on my 2016 rzr 1000 turbo.and I was very unhappy with the amazon delivery guy that left the very well marked box out at the mailbox 200 feet form the house where just anybody driving by good stop and pick it up like it was trash.but it does work very smooth and steers a lot easier.
