Really good razor.

My wife likes this Parker Variant Adjustable Double Edge Safety Razor. The first one arrived with the adjustment markers misaligned, but they quickly replaced it with a new one that’s working great.The only downside is that even on the lowest setting, it can still be quite aggressive, so caution is needed to avoid cuts. She found the included Parker blades a bit too harsh, but the Astra Superior Platinum blades work much better for her. We got a multi-pack of different style blades, and they’ve become her preferred choice. Overall, she’s happy with the razor’s performance and adjustability options.

Before I switched to this Parker razor, I was using a cheap butterfly razor and cheap razor blades. My old razor kept opening during shaves, and I nicked myself almost everytime I shaved, even when the razor was closed. But this Parker safety razor and extra blades have change my shaving experience. As you can probably tell, I'm not very experienced with safety razor products. So it surprised me to find out that different blades can be drastically different from each other. I no longer get sores on my armpits, and these blades don't tug as much on the skin. Also, I hardly nick myself anymore! I have only tried the lowest setting on my razor, but considering how sensitive my skin gets, I think I'll only use setting #1. Also, if you like Parker blades, you can also try Derby Premium blades. Both blades feel the same. I'll be urging my boyfriend to get an adjustable Parker razor too!

Seems like a good product. Good price point. Like the butterfly opening. The head seem just slightly lager b I like a smaller head to get under the nose. If price point is important. A good fine. If you can spend the money put it into one you really want

The blade gap is uneven from side to side. One side is more aggressive than the other making for an uneven shave and a less than accurate experience for the experienced DE shaver. As much as I wanted to like this razor it was a disappointment. If quality control was better and manufacturing more accurate I think this would be an excellent razor. Overall, a disappointment.

I love the razor but as per the photo above one side of the handle has started to show signs of discoloration. Not very happy. Was expecting this to look great in my bathroom not worn out after just 4 weeks

I highly recommend an adjustable razor to a first-time user of safety razors. They're a little pricey, but cheaper than buying 10 cheaper razors. This is a fantastic adjustable to start out with.I really like Parker products and this razor lives up to their quality. It has a nice, long handle that I like and it has a tall stem on the head to make it easier to deal with the blade. I like this better, overall, than other more expensive adjustables.As with all of these shaving products, you have to try things out for yourself to find what works for you. This is a solid razor and you can adjust it to your liking.
