The recipes in the book will be used and will help with the lifestyle change I love it , because it is so many different recipes in it and at different stages there is a recipe for each stage of the newly sleeved persons diet changes. Great source of delicious gastric sleeve recipes for to try at home and all the recipes are described perfectly including all the details needed to know to prepare them in a perfectly delicious way. The author also included comprehensive guidelines to get the proper understanding of gastric sleeve diet and how to maintain this diet after bariatric surgery on the healing period. Very much appreciated and recommended.

There were a lot of good recipes but no nutritional information at all. Not good for people tracking carbs and protein

I am having my surgery in 3 weeks and have read this wonderful book cover to cover 3 times. It is full of information and advise, what to expect and what to eat through all 4 stages, including before surgery. I would recommend this book to anyone who is contemplating Gastric Sleeve Surgery.

If you are serious about eating healthy after getting weightloss surgery do NOT buy this cook book. There are large amounts of flour and/or sugar in at least half the recipes. No attempt was made to offer healthy substitutes and nutrition information was not included.It's ironic that the author states at the beginning of the book to AVOID extra carbs and especially sugar and then throws those ingredients in all over the place.Just don't bother with this if you really want recipes that will support healthy weight loss.

This is a good cookbook to get before you have surgery. It will give you recipes for the entire journey and get you started on the regular diet for the rest of your life. It is a wise investment for your future!
