A very nice product. The instructions are brief and not clear, but it can be figured out. Extremely satisfied. One note, is this company took extra special care to package it well. It was accidentally dropped by the shipper when handing it to my husband. But it was in perfect shape and did not affect the function. I am very impressed with this choice. My only frustration is the ice melts too soon when put in with a warm drink. But it makes ice fairly quick and works well! Very impressed with this company and the care in packaging products. I will be looking for further products from this company for my future orders.

I have been using this for about a week now and honestly for $50 its absolutely WORTH IT!! it makes ice so quick and is so convenient!. I was on a budget so i didn't expect much but this blew my expectations away! every time you need to refill just get some bottles of water and fill it up to the max fill line and that's it. for the water capacity It takes a quarter gallon to be full. I feel safe consuming the ice because its clean! Would definitely get another if i ever need. It was a little heavy taking it out the box and setting it up but that doesn't matter for me because its just sitting in one spot, also for the size its compact like a mini cooler. It works so well and if i ever need cleaning done it also has a self cleaning option which is neat. Also if you're thinking that its going to need constant refills then think again, i have a family of 4 and we use it 3 times a day and we had to refill it after 3 full days of use. it runs 24/7 and whenever the wife wants me to sleep on the couch i wouldn't have a problem with it because its not loud at all!

Compact and not too loud, does a good job of making ice, not 5 stars because I keep having to get up every 10-15 minutes to empty bin otherwise the ice will melt

I love this thing it makes pretty decent ice for the price fr I use a 40z tumbler cup an I like ice water an lot of of ice at that it take about three baskets to fully fill it up with the big ice an the ice last a while fr it makes ice pretty fast it’s not to loud at all, you can even share more than one cup of 12 oz so the portion size pretty good. Definitely recommend

Absolutely love this ice maker! Works like a charm and the ice is ready in minutes. I’ve left it running all day and night since getting it about 2 weeks ago and you can’t hear it run it’s so quiet. Holds the ice well and keeps frozen when not making ice if the catch bucket is full. Would recommend!

We go through a lot of ice at our house and needed an ice maker. After doing lots of research and having a budget I bought this one. I have not been disappointed yet. Makes either small or large ice nuggets. It isn't terribly noisy and it makes ice pretty quickly.

very small. good if you don't have much counter space, makes ice quickly. The large ice is smaller than i expected. It's a good product for the price. I just don't like it as well as the larger one I used to use.

So far I'm satisfied with the ice maker overall. It makes ice quickly, which is the only reason I wanted it. I do have one problem with it, the ice comes out of the basket dripping water so when you put it into a tray in the freezer it all clumps together making it nearly impossible to break apart. If you use it straight from the machine it's fine but if you're trying to fill a reserve, it is not the greatest.
