Feelings: Inside my heart and in my head...

Great book. Our 4 year old really engages with this and is a good read when he has been through a whirlwind of emotions, often in the last few hours. Nicely written and really beautifully illustrated.

"For though you can't see them, Feelings are still strong and real."Quite possibly the most perfect children's book. Me and my daughter adore reading Feelings at bedtimes. A must read for any children and adults can benefit from the story too. The illustrations were matched so beautiful to each feeling!! A lovely edition to my daughters book Collection.

This has been a wonderful discovery for us. It is one of the most beautifully illustrated books we have bought for our family. The drawings are evocative and sensitive without being too prescriptive. It is a great mix: the positive message that we are all different, that we are all under the spell of our many different feelings and they make us who we are, the thoughtful naming and describing of them, and acknowledging others' feelings as well as our own. My 4 year old son, likely on the spectrum, who daily struggles to identify his feelings and cope with them has been utterly entranced by this book.

I bought this book after reading some reviews. I’m glad I did I think it’s a great book to help my three year old learn some new ways to describe his feelings. The language is descriptive and the illustrations are lovely. I will use this in my classroom

Beautiful illustrations!!! A great teaching tool to look at all the different emotions we feel and how we feel at the time when they present themselves. Perfect for mindful, gentle parenting. Highly recommend.
