Will NOT break when you drop your motorcycle!
What I LOVE is how durable it is and will not snap off when you drop your bike. There are Only 2 riders... Those who dropped their motorcycle, and those that WILL drop their motorcycle. Face it, all riders WILL go down. The trick is to be 1 step ahead. Wear Proper riding clothing like gloves, Boots, and a Proper Helmet!Riders who do not wear a helmet is called "An Organ Doner" because a Brain- Dead person is only kept on life support until the money runs out, or until the next of kin makes the arrangements to save another person's life. PLEASE HEED MY Words of advice, prepare in advance. I know this is only a retractable shifter, and it does this, so you do NOT have to keep buying more in the future!

Don't recommend for a bashan storm.
Quality is OK. There was a lot of flash left in the splined hole from cutting the splines so it took a few minutes of digging it out with a pic before I could install it. One of the other reviewers said it's fits a bashan storm, sure it fits on the shaft but it definitely isn't long enough unless you are riding barefoot. Only about a half inch of the peg sticks out past the engine case. It will work for now but it's less than ideal on this bike unless you enjoy wedging foot under it or over it. Will probably drop it another spline to make room for my foot for downshifts.

Fits '97 Honda XR80, sortof.
Fitment: Took some adjustment with a vice and a hammer, in order to bend it outward to prevent contact with the case cover on upshift. Also, the screwhole is far enough out that the screw does not rest in the bevel on the shaft, so the shifter is held on by clamping friction alone. I didn't find that out until it almost fell off, and shifting with it half-on started marking the threads. So, I had to tighten this more than I normally do for a gearshift lever. Still functional.Length: Good length for me, about two inches longer than stock.Color: Colors are true to the pictures. The end piece is anodized aluminum, and the shaft is painted aluminum.

Too long for CRF50F
This product is too long for the CRF50F. Original OEM 24701-GEL-306 is 100mm long (center to center), where as this part is 130mm long. Fine if you have a big kid with huge feet, but not so good if someone is riding this who is smaller. It's pretty well made though, just too long for my customer's kids.

Fits ICEBEAR CHAMPION, CT70 CLONE
This shifter fits my CT70 clone nicely. The original heel-toe shifter was not comfortable. Adds about 1-1/2" length so my size 11 foot fits "mo better."The price is right and quality is a good match for IceBear Champion-125. Think I will buy another for my 2nd bike. "Good enough" as my Chinese friends say!

It fits, but is cheaply produced
It fits as intended, it will fail soon though. It's aluminum, and milled very poorly. The blue coating looks as if it will sctleatch off. Being aluminum the shaft spines will likely strip as well as the clamping thread's. I mean, it's only like $12.00? So, I guess it's not an awful deal, just not going to be something I would trust alone in the woods with.

Cheaply made.
I ordered this one because it says the spline is 12mm. But its not even close. More like 9mm. In attempt to pry it open to see if i can manage to get it on my bike anyway it looks like its about to break in half. The is very cheap aluminum and even if this did fit, i doubt it would last long.

Does not fit Chinese pit bikes, unless modded.
The product its self is great. Seems to be well made for the price. My problem it that it does not directly fit my Apollo 125cc, I made it work with some grinding. Definitely not a direct fit for Chinese bikes though, the shifter will not shift gears due to making contact with stator casing. You cant shift up or down unless you grind the shifter down in a few spots, and also place it slightly awkwardly. I do not recommend for any Chinese pit bikes.
