Defective , used item received
Product I received was black and not silver and it wasn’t working. Unable to charge also. It has scratches all over the screen and it was used item. So unhappy with this service by amazon. Looks like no quality check happens here. How can they sell used product and tht too didn’t work.

This device was pathetic. The handheld game never worked. You have to constantly keep it connected to a power supply. Even while connected to the tv, the sound/ picture quality was extremely poor. Please avoid buying this.
