Ensure that the roller head is securely inserted into the foot file. Do not use without the roller head attached. Turn on by pressing the power button. Use I/II button to switch between low and high speed. Gently glide the roller head over hard skin and continue until you reach the desired level of softness. The foot file will stop if you press too hard. Wipe or rinse feet to remove excess dead skin and dry feet. Apply moisturiser and massage into your fabulous soft feet! Cleaning after use Turn the foot file off and rinse it under the tap. Dry with a clean dry cloth and store in a cool, dry location away from children. Changing the roller head.
