The Friends & Family SOS Pendant offers 3 months standby between charges and has enough battery to allow you to talk for 30 minutes at a time. The Friends & Family SOS Pendant uses mobile technology. To ensure you always have a mobile signal it includes a bundled SIM package that roams across the O2, Vodafone and EE networks. The bundled package allows you to understand how often you will need to use the pendant by providing 150 minutes over the first three months. After three months or when you have used your minutes you can either use your own SIM or sign up for a customised roaming SIM package.
