Does it come with a microphone???

No. It is just a vocal booth. It has an arm at the bottom where you attach your own microphone. But you need to supply your own mic! I'm very happy with mine

Can it hold a Yeti Mic?

No. It doesn’t hold the mic well at all. The mic stand that comes with it is very basic and thin. The Yeti will screw on, but the weight and height make it bulky and stand a smidge higher than the actual shield. I’ve resulted to just using the Yeti stand and angling the mic down a little for podcasting. It works fine for me.

What kind of mic stand works best with this?

A good wide tripod base would be best. That way you can offset the balance with one of the legs of the tripod. The balance isn't bad but the extra support makes it more stable, especially on carpet.

What’s the size of the vocal shield? The height? The length? And how thick?

The foam is about 2 inches thick, 10 inches high, and about 20 inches wide. It curves around the microphone. The frame has 3 adjustable legs of a few inches.
